We are fee-transparent. Our retainer covers people-time. Media spend is reconciled at cost with platform receipts attached. There is no mystery markup on Meta or Google buys. The fee structure is in the proposal and does not change during the engagement.
We are reporting-transparent. Every client gets the same Looker dashboard with the same five tabs in the same order. Cost, conversions, channel mix, creative performance, and a written analyst note. Same view we look at internally.
We are honest about scale. If we don't think paid media is the right next pound to spend for your business, we say so before signing. We have referred at least three clients back to organic and content this year.
